His focus is mergers and acquisitions and his experience includes all types of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, venture capital, leveraged MBO's and MBI's and fund-raising assignments. Although Graham's experience has been predominantly UK and oil and gas-based, he has also worked in other industry sectors and on cross-border and international transactions. Graham has established Ritson Smith's dedicated corporate finance team, focusing on owner-managed businesses in North East Scotland and beyond.
